02 : Introduction

Hello! I am Adam and I coded and wrote what you are seeing on this website. I created this website with 0 prior coding experience in order to share with everyone my passion for aerospace and the links it has with the environment and finance.

I believe for a better environmental future, we have to design planes that are more environmentally friendly to deal with threats in a manner that is both financially efficient and safe for the environment which is why in my project I decided to compare the new replacement for the A-10 in terms of how good it can get the job done but its impacts on the environment.

In the case of military aircraft, I believe we should maintain this idea that we should improve our environmental impact but I also feel the need to maintain air dominance whilst doing this. The debate about ensuring air domination and freedom across NATO at an environmental risk is a very interesting topic I took a small look at and would like to investigate further.

The website is coded in html with support from several forums online, free coding lessons and some friends with coding abilities. I think another benefit I saw from this was how coding could help me in the future, in a competitive world for aerospace, having a coding language under my belt could improve my chances of making real environmental and financial change in the aerospace industry.

The aircraft I will be talking about are the A-10 and F-35. The F-35 is a multirole fighter and is partly designed in order to perform Close Air Support missions for which the A-10 was designed for. On this website, I analyze the effectiveness of this change and its impacts.
